We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send back items without receiving authorization, as this may delay your return process.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: If you are returning an item due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including any customs duties or taxes.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Partial Refunds: We may issue a partial refund for items that are returned in a used or damaged condition.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order for the desired product. We do not handle direct exchanges, as inventory may change during the return process.
6. Defective or Damaged Products

7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation. In that case, you may need to follow the standard return procedure once the item is delivered.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
