- International Shipping: Shipping options for countries outside the U.S. vary based on location. Shipping times range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the destination. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and you will be provided with an estimate before completing your order.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.
- International Shipping Fees: For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.
3. Order Processing Time
After receiving your order, we typically process and ship it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to process.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress. You can also log in to your account to view shipping updates.
- Tracking Information: Tracking details are provided once your package has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

- P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods, such as expedited or overnight shipping. Please ensure that your shipping address is a physical address.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
